Terms of sale
Last updated: 27 August 2026
Article 1. Purpose
These terms of sale govern the sale of digital accesses concluded between the Seller and any person making a purchase on the site (“the Customer”). Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.
Article 2. Products
The products sold are accesses to accounts and subscriptions, and activation codes, delivered electronically. The essential characteristics (access type, guaranteed duration, number of simultaneous devices, delivery method) are stated on each product page. Product visuals are not contractually binding.
Article 3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed when the order is placed.
Article 4. Order and payment
Payment is made at the Customer’s choice:
- in cryptocurrency (Bitcoin on-chain or Lightning Network) via our BTCPay Server payment terminal (other cryptocurrencies may be offered subject to availability);
- by card via the payment provider Stripe.
The order is only considered final once payment has actually been confirmed. For cryptocurrency payments, confirmation may require several validations on the blockchain; the applicable euro/crypto conversion rate is the one displayed by the payment terminal at the time of payment, the invoice remaining valid for its stated expiry period.
Article 5. Delivery
Delivery is made exclusively by electronic means. The key is made available on the order page, reachable through the secret link given to the Customer at checkout; where the Customer has provided an email address, a copy is also sent to it, and purchases made through our bot are delivered in the Telegram conversation:
- Instant delivery: the key is available within minutes of payment confirmation;
- Manual delivery: the key is made available within a maximum of 24 hours.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to keep the order link, which is the only means of access for a purchase made without an account. Where an email address has been provided, it is also the Customer’s responsibility to check its accuracy and their spam folder.
Article 6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content supplied on an intangible medium whose performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal. By confirming their order, the Customer requests immediate delivery of the digital content and expressly waives their right of withdrawal once the key has been delivered.
Article 7. Working guarantee
The Seller guarantees that the access delivered is functional on delivery and remains so throughout the guaranteed period stated on the product page. That period is twelve (12) months from delivery unless a different duration is stated on the product page.
Should an access stop working during the guaranteed period, the Customer contacts support with their order number: the Seller provides a free replacement within 48 hours, or, failing that, a refund in proportion to the remaining guaranteed period, under the conditions of the refund policy. The statutory warranties of conformity (Art. L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code) remain applicable.
Article 8. Scope of the wording “lifetime access”
Where a product is described as “lifetime access”, that wording describes an undertaking by the Seller, not a commitment by the platform concerned. It means that the Seller undertakes to keep the access working, by successive free replacements, for as long as the product remains offered for sale on the site — and never less than the guaranteed period of Article 7.
The Seller has no control over the platforms concerned, which may at any time change their terms, their pricing or their technical arrangements. Such a change does not release the Seller from its obligation to replace, but it may lead to the product being withdrawn from sale; in that case the Seller refunds in proportion to the remaining guaranteed period.
Article 9. Liability
The Seller cannot be held liable for an inability to use an access that results from use not in accordance with the instructions supplied, from the Customer changing the access credentials, from sharing them with third parties, or from force majeure.
Article 10. Personal data
The data collected is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.
Article 11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge or the European online dispute resolution platform. Failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
