Privacy policy

This policy describes how we collect and process your personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

Data collected

• Orders: email address, name (optional), details of the items purchased, amount and payment status;
• Payment: cryptocurrency payments are processed by our own BTCPay Server terminal, so no data is passed to a third-party provider; card payments are processed by Stripe. We store neither card numbers nor wallet addresses;
• Customer account and referrals: email, password (hashed), order history, referral code and credit;
• Telegram bot: Telegram identifier and the message content needed to process the order;
• Contact form and reviews: name, email and message content;
• Cart: the cart contents are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and are not sent to our servers before checkout.

Purposes and legal bases

• Fulfilling the order and delivering the accesses (performance of the contract);
• Customer support and follow-up of requests (legitimate interest);
• Accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).

Retention periods

Order data is kept for as long as required by legal and accounting obligations (10 years for accounting records). Contact messages are kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last exchange.

Recipients

The data is intended for the Seller and its technical processors: hosting provider, card payment provider (Stripe) and email delivery service. It is neither sold nor rented to third parties.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data. To exercise them, contact us via the contact page. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.

Cookies

The site does not use advertising cookies. Only technical cookies strictly necessary for its operation (session, preferences) are set.
