Seller programme terms

Last updated: 27 August 2026

These terms govern the seller programme (“the programme”) between the shop and any person admitted as a seller (“the seller”). Applying to the programme implies acceptance of these terms; they complement the terms of sale, which continue to govern every purchase made on the shop.

1. Purpose

The seller brings buyers to the shop’s catalogue. Products are sold at the shop’s own price, on the shop’s stock, and are delivered and supported by the shop. The seller never sets a price and never holds stock: the buyer pays the same amount whether the purchase comes from the seller’s storefront, a product link, a promo code or the shop itself.

Three channels attribute a sale to the seller: the public storefront (/v/handle), a product link (/o/token) and a promo code entered at checkout. Attribution is checked on the server at the time of the order and is the only basis for earnings.

2. Earnings

On every attributed and confirmed sale, the seller earns a share of the shop’s net margin — what the shop actually collected, less the cost of the product delivered. The percentage applied is the one shown on the seller’s dashboard at the time of the sale; it may differ by category or by seller, and the dashboard shows the estimated earnings of each product before it is added.

  • Escrow. Earnings first sit in escrow for a period that depends on the seller’s trust tier, shown on the dashboard. Trust tiers move automatically, up with steady sales and few disputes, down when disputes or refunds exceed the thresholds. Each tier also sets a cap on the amount that may be in escrow: once the cap is reached, new sales are no longer attributed to the seller until escrow is released.
  • Withdrawal. Once released, earnings join the available balance and may be withdrawn above the minimum shown on the dashboard. Payouts are made in cryptocurrency (Monero, Ethereum or Solana) to the address recorded in the seller’s profile, or as store credit. The amount is reserved as soon as the request is made; the shop sends the funds manually and may decline a request whose address is invalid, in which case the amount returns to the available balance.
  • Referral bonus. A seller who recruits another seller earns a share of the shop’s own margin on the recruit’s sales, at the rate and for the period set by the shop. The bonus never comes out of the recruit’s earnings, and only one level is rewarded.

3. Obligations of the seller

  • sell only the shop’s catalogue, at the shop’s price: no personal stock, no resale of accesses obtained elsewhere, no price of one’s own;
  • make no promise the shop does not make — on delivery time, duration, features, refunds or availability — and reproduce the product page faithfully;
  • bring buyers by legitimate means: no unsolicited messages, no misleading advertising, no impersonation of the platforms whose accesses are sold;
  • comply with the laws applicable to the seller and to the buyers reached, and with the rules of the channels used (forums, messaging groups, social networks);
  • keep the account personal: the sign-in, the links and the promo codes are not to be transferred or sold;
  • provide a valid payout address and keep the profile accurate.

4. Buyers, support and disputes

The shop is the seller of record towards the buyer. It handles delivery, support, replacements, refunds and disputes on every catalogue product; the seller is never asked to deliver anything or to argue a dispute. When a sale is refunded, for whatever reason, the seller’s share on that sale — and the referral bonus derived from it, if any — is taken back from the balance, in escrow or available.

A dispute opened on a sale freezes the related earnings until it is resolved. Sales that were made on the seller’s own stock under an earlier version of the programme remain the seller’s responsibility: the seller must reply to a dispute within the time shown on the dashboard, failing which the order is refunded automatically.

5. Promo codes

The seller may create promo codes from the dashboard, within the discount and number limits set by the shop. The discount is funded entirely by the seller’s share, never by the shop’s price: a code whose discount exceeds the seller’s share on a product is refused at checkout for that product. The shop may disable a code that is misused.

6. Suspension and termination

The shop may suspend a seller while a dispute or an irregularity is investigated — abnormal dispute or refund rate, breach of section 3, suspicious orders, attempts to manipulate attribution — and may ban a seller whose breach is established or repeated. The seller may ask to pause or leave the programme at any time, through the contact page.

During a suspension, the storefront, the links and the codes stop selling and no new sale is attributed; the seller can still sign in, read the balance and reply to disputes. On termination, the available balance is paid out on request under the usual conditions; earnings still in escrow are released, then paid out, once every related order has passed its escrow period and no dispute remains open. Amounts taken back under section 4 remain due.

7. Data and anonymity

Towards buyers, only what the seller chooses to show is public: the handle alone, the full display name, or nothing at all in white-label mode, where the sale appears to be made by the shop. The contact given at application, the sign-in email and the payout address are never shown to buyers or to other sellers; the payout address is encrypted at rest. The shop keeps the seller’s identity and the ledger of every sale for as long as needed to pay what is due and to arbitrate disputes.

8. Changes to these terms

The shop may change these terms and the programme’s parameters — percentages, escrow periods, caps, withdrawal minimum — with at least fifteen days’ notice sent to the seller by the channel recorded in the profile. A seller who continues to use the programme after that period accepts the new terms; a seller who does not may leave the programme, and section 6 applies to the balance. Sales already confirmed are settled under the terms in force when they were made.

9. Contact

Questions about the programme, a payout or a dispute go through the contact page, mentioning the seller handle.
